Investigation: I like how you have put your investigation of the unit question in a spider diagram. It is effective because it has all of the relevant information but it is still simple. To improve, you should add some colour to make it more attractive. I think the fact that you tried out DreamWeaver and shared 10 features that you discovered shows that you were really interested and took the investigation to another level that helped you create your website in the long run. I read through your answers and I think that although they have been answered well (especially 4!), the others should be a little more detailed.
Design: Your designs are great for a website because they feature all of the appropriate features and the designs are simple and easily accessible. Personally, I prefer the first design but I think both would be effective. The only thing I would suggest you change, is the colour scheme. Black and grey seems a bit dull for a website for teens. Yellow is a good start but you should definitely add some more. I also think the idea of creating a questionnaire to see which design was more preferred within your peers was a great idea, as you got the opinions of people in the same age group as those that will hopefully be using your website.
Plan: The idea of using a Gantt chart to keep up to date with your work is interesting as I rarely see them being used. I noticed that your only have one planning post and the others are evaluations. This makes it harder to see what you have done for planning.
Create: I wasn't able to open your website but looking at the screenshots, it is evident that you have put hard work into creating it. Although your website doesn't look like your initial design, I don't think that matters because your final creation is still easy to use and attractive. One of my favourite features is the little pictures that you have put in the tabs (e.g. Home, Peer Pressure, Contact Us).
Overall, I think you have worked extremely hard on all of the criteria's in this project and you have done a great job!
